I don't believe Tyga makes a pipe for anything but the YZ 2 strokes , correct? I remember looking into it a little before I bought my Scalvini. I'll tell you what though....I freakin' love that Scalvini!

Where did you get your pipe from? Every time I try to find a retailer stateside I can't find one.

What is the beef with Bill's pipes? I've never heard of the brand before.

The bills pipe is a stamped version with weld added to look cool. Lame in any book.

Right here man. >>> http://www.scalvinipipes.com/Scalvinipipes.html

You'll end up talking to a guy named Motoman Pete. Great dude with fast service. I've never owned a pipe that actually fit better then the OEM pipe. I loved my Knarly pipe a lot , but the Scalvini makes it feel like a pop can compared to it. Extremely stout , fit's perfect and has even more bottom end ad mid range then the Knarly pipe. I swear it opens up on top a tad bit more too. I aint ever using anything else but the Scalvini's from here on out.

Saw one on display in the pits at the Dallas SX. I was disappointed when I got up close. Nothing like cashing in on a look that the average person would never be able to distinguish. The worst part? Thinking I could finally show my fiancee what a cone pipe was, only to explain to her that it wasn't a real cone pipe and it was only made to look like one. She was confused before, now she's REALLY confused.

Dam good looking pipe. Considering the work and craftsmanship put into those.....I don't know how they make money selling those for $388!

Custom cone pipe built from the jig set by Pichon's 03 RM by deGroot. Talk about top end pull.

Jeffro.....what silencer are you running? The Scalvini Carbon shorty or a PC / FMF, shorty? Have you tried a PC combo w/ R304? If so, insight on the difference between the Scalvini.

My 06 RM is PC w/ R304...

Thanks

I used to have a cone pipe on my KX60 back in 1991... I believe it was by either PSI or WORKS. Probably PSI.

Nope it is just highly polished stainless steel, the reason i love the look of it,

Gorgeous cone pipe that just requires a bit of polishing now and then none of that scotch brite and constant WD-40 you have to do to a works pipe

Cone pipes are a work of art and can be very expensive to produce. Although I'd love to have it in stainless, I think the Scalvini looks great and works really good on the RM250's.

And their carbon "shorty" silencers look pretty nice too, IMO

Funny thing is that if they're built to the same shape, the cone pipe will probably make just a tiny bit less power due to the uneven (faceted) surface caused by the cone construction.

Nothing looks better than a real cone pipe.
That Bills hatchet-job is just as bad as the fake bead-lock wheels they sell for street trucks in my opinion.

Wow.... That's a little over the top, IMO. Does it REALLY piss you off that bad ? Lol
Bill and Jeff are good people and have been in the pipe business for a very long time. They are selling a bunch of those "gay ass poser pos pipes", so there is obviously a market for them. I chose to go with the Scalvini and am glad I did. My second choice would've been a factory finish Bills (not the cone look pipe), mainly because I KNOW that they work good.
