Too bad. Whoever gets him will probably get a gem. Probably won't cost much to get him, but he has big league skills.

Who cares?!! We all know that the outdoors is what really counts!!Tongue

If he can run with the big boys outdoors I'd be willing to take a chance on him and let him develope.

there are way more people who deserve a ride than there are rides right now, Hamblin, Boniface, to name a couple.

Actually, SX is what pays the bills and gives exposure. That's why the Nationals are dying. The majority of the guys race the Nationals because they are contracted to. The Nationals winner purse is less than 10th place purse in SX.

am I missing something? that makes sense to me. Hamblin and Boniface are beating factory guys right now (i know it's early, but they're still riding phenomenal for being on real privateer bikes) so I think they deserve a decent ride.

Cody was flying yesterday....not sure why Factory Yamaha has not talked to him yet or Hamblin...maybe they have. What is Cody's support deal for the summer?

Matthes hit the nail on the head yesterday when he said the Factories are seldom impressed with guy's like Cooper doing better than their riders. And seldom kick down more support.

They look at it almost like a slap in the face that the riders they picked are not getting the job done.

Cody has a sighned contract that runs through the nationals, yamaha couldnt put him on a bike if they wanted to. He is riding for a Suzuki support team and I think they have a good rider now.

Hamblin had his chance on factory stuff, give it to someone else who is hungry now. This kid came out of nowhere, have I heard of him before?

Not necessarily. Take some of those guys in the top 8 or 9 in the lites class and put them on a 450, they would have some adjusting to do before they can get around the track the way cody cooper and some of those other guys have been. I say Cooper deserves a ride for sure, as well as hamblin.

I do belive that he has a pretty good deal with Suzuki City for the season.

Of course, because Boniface didn't race in Freestone.

Hey JoJ.......I guess you must feel the same about say Ferry or even DV12?? Funny how you get your thought process into the matter. Buddy everyone has tough times whether its on a dirtbike or even life in general but I dont think I should be Handicaped because I have had a chance and now am busting my ass to get it back. Wonder if you would feel the same if it were reversed onto you.
