Awesome. As we normally do with any good from NZ, We australians will now adopt him and call him and aussie.
There are two kinds of people against dirt bikes, those who never tried and those who weren't good at them.

typical,
I talked to him 3 weeks ago at Glen Helen, he was really relaxed and enjoying himself.
@TONY351KTM
Seems like a solid rider that has the ability to score some points in the series.

He's as aussie as lamingtons and pavlova. Good to see him representing the boxing kngaroo so well.
If only they held a round of the AMA in New Zealand, he's be on the box. When was the last time anybody beat him there? Year after year he would dominate the NZ nats over the top names from OZ, then he'd come here and not seem to hold the same form for whatever reason.

he lost the title to Gibbs this year, after owning it for 5 years,
on his day, he was very quick, getting closer to anyone all year in 08 against JS7 at undadilla, on a full private Suzuki, and winning a qualifying moto at the MXdN
no one else on a honda has gone that well in aussie either . (well except BT on his appearances), he seemed to go better under Forman at Suzuki.
its cool to see him do the whole series, and i hope he can show the world he still has it and get some top 10's, if not even higher,

On his day he was as quick as anybody. I still have a DVD hanging round here somewhere of the year he won the Aussie lites title on a honda. I'm thinking 04?
How old is he now? Feels like he's been around for 20 years.
