So there is some property for sale in the foothills of Denver that is zoned in a way to allow off-road riding and not close to homes. We have Thundervalley, we have mountain trails that are about 1-2 hours depending on traffic but the biggest complaint I hear are no close trails to ride in Denver you can go to say after work.

Picture a closed course network of trails for every kind of riding and all ages. Picture the trail obstacles that would be fun every lap. In return, the trails would be maintained, watered appropriately for dust and new trail added/replaced every 2 weeks to keep it fresh. Would you use this facility and how much would you pay for the day admission. RV Park also will be considered.

This would be geared towards more the amateur riders enduro or trail riders and free ride. Maybe offer advance obstacles and drops. One way trails will be REQUIRED!

Yes, $30 a day. And competition riders will want it harder. You'll have to set it up like a ski resort with different difficulties available.

Interesting... I don't see it happening but that world be rad if it did. If someone buys their ohv pass for the year, I don't see them being happy about paying but they're going to have to pay that in fuel to ride somewhere else anyways

I live in the springs so riding in the mountains would be closer for me, however something like this would be a lot less sketchy on the weekends. Cool idea, id definitely check it out, always love new places to ride.

If it was near me, $20 a day would be a nobrainer. $30 wouldn't dissuade me much. An annual price of $250 - 300 would be ideal.
