James Stewart has the most all-time lites main event wins of 18..
Jeremy Mcgrath has 13 wins
Christophe Pourcel has 11 wins after Houston..

If CP wins St.Louis and Vegas he ties himself with Jeremy Mcgrath for all-time lites wins..that's why he shouldn't finish off the season on a 450.

I don't know about you guys, but having any sort of record in supercross/motocross would be a honor to me. It doesn't matter if CP is french, the stuff is a privledge to have. Sure its SECOND most wins in the 125 class, but it's certainly nothing to be ashamed of.

It's still a record, ask Mike Alessi how he feels to have 2nd most titles at LL. It isn't first but he is probably proud as hell.

I'm pretty sure any rider would trade a win record for a championship. Records are great but titles are what's important.

People were saying for him to race the 450 when the east championship is over. Which i guess is just one race, Seattle. Cause Vegas is gona be the shootout.

Forgive my obvious misunderstanding of what the word record meant. I always thought you had to get the most of something for it to be a record. I didn't know being tied for second most counted now too. You enlighten us all.

I'm just saying when they are talking about supercross Champion,they are talking about the guy with the AMA title. Like Chad Reed got the world supercross title in 03 but who everyone said was the 03 Supercross champ was Carmichael because he got the AMA title.

The world supercross titles were a joke? You still had to be competitive all the way through supercross. Everyone who wins alot in lites class almost always becomes competitive in the premier class, I would rather be 2nd for all time wins rather then 2nd in points in supercross. Guys like BobbyM are douche's who think they are superior because they have a shiny little keyboard in front of them, while i put down facts, not scribble.
