Does anyone know if his still sign with pc for next year?

Just read he will be racing the rest of the Aus supercross series on a Honda.

He got clipped from PC.

I don't think he has a ride for next season yet.

Ive been meaning to make a topic about him. His is a strange path. Ive seen him ride numerous times in person, right before he turned pro and was incredible. Like elite type speed, form, and style. You know, one of those you watch and go, "he's got it"? I just can't believe how much he has struggled. Maybe the injuries have been more to overcome than normal?

First time racing on 450 bike...

Would that make him smoother or be even bigger challenge?

Hope he figures it out. He looks great outdoors, I just can't believe how inconsistent he is.

I thought for sure he was going to make it.

His first couple of rookie 2014 MX races were pretty good.

8 overall at Unadilla

14 overall at Indiana

6 overall at Utah

Not a bad start to your first three races. I really liked his style.

Then came 2015 SX and that was a disaster.

2015 MX season started off great with a 3rd overall at Hangtown.

After that it has been alllllllll downhill from there.

Could think that he would be fighting for top 10 results there with 722.

Funny you say that because the times I watched Alldredge, Adam E was there. Alldredge was on another level (nothing against 722). I know things change, etc. but it really was a big enough gap that you wouldnt think that it would happen.

Hes a good outdoor rider but has really struggled in SX. How old is he and how many years could he ride a 250 in the gps? Too bad he couldnt get a ride with rock river and sort of push the reset button and have less pressure, but still have a good bike.

Outdoors for sure, but riding 450 indoors, there is many question marks for Aldridge.

For one lap or one race, he can be definitely faster, but in the long run/championship, I'd think they will be pretty close.

X2. When Alldredge was still an amateur I used to see him at Cahuilla Creek and Glen Helen on occasion and was blown away with how fast he was for not being pro yet. Nobody was even close to his speed. I thought for sure he would be the next big thing. Hopefully he finds success in Aus and gets a ride back in the states.

Is he that much better than Sanayei or Covington? Even in America did they ever meet in Amateurs?

Australia and especially Yarrive's Honda team seem to have gone a bit US bonkers this year. Not every US rider is a better signing than the Aussie equivalent. Alldredge may prove me wrong but I honestly don't see how he is a more solid contender than someone like Monea who doesn't even have a ride. He surely isn't cheaper.

In Glen Helen GP this year Covington was 8th overall, Alldredge 9th and Sanayei 14th

So basically around the same level. I cant see Euro teams crawling all over themselves to try and get him over there. US to Euro experiments generally haven't been as successful as everyone would think. 10th place US guys are 10th place Euro guys when you throw in the culture shock etc. etc.

Good on him if he can get a ride somewhere, I just don't see him being a better option in Europe than any established midpack euro, or a better option in Oz than an established local star.

Yep. Hell, look how hard it is to go across the pond and be successful even when you are on top of your game at home (either way). He really can show elite speed (outdoors, like others have said) but something hasnt been going his way so, who knows? But, I will say this, I think people will be pleasently surprised at his outdoor skills, if he can get things worked through.

he has the speed outdoors but unfortunately his Sx injuries always seem to ruin things for him outdoors.

Alldredge was one second behind 722 in qualifying (722 9th and CA 13th)

Unfortunately Alldredge fell down in his heat race and was unable to continue racing that night. 722was seventh in SX1 Final.

Today Motoonline.com wrote that is in doubt if Alldredge can continue his Australian super cross campaign. He is scheduled to undergo scans on what is believed to be an injured shoulder, and depending on its severity, it could spell a premature end to Alldredge’s stint in Australian super cross.
