Hear what James has to say after H-Town...the smile pretty much tells the story.

Watch: Chatter Box: James Stewart

Bubba may have surprised even himself with his results at Hangtown. Not bad for several years off from the National scene.

You cant hear him answer the question in the video?

I just prefer these over having to read a typed interview.

IMO i just feel we go so much more out of hearing the rider answer the Q's in his own voice rather than reading the typed words. You get much more of a sense of his emotion and how he really feels.

Eeh i'd rather read interviews, it's faster and more convenient. But hey, each to their own, i'm sure there's other typed out interviews around.,

Typical MX/SX fan ...... we'll complain about everything and anything.

This "give me the interview typed," is a first, though.

Sorry, it was just the first think i thought of when the page opened "oh, its a bloody video interview".

Didn't complain, just asked if there was a transcribed version or something. never mind.

I probably should have uploaded my post as a video reply so you got the right emotion and tone of voice.

Great interview.
He seems so relaxed, happy and Confident. I don't think anyone can beat him ...... Bubba is back.

I like to listen to my music typed, rather than from a speaker, so I understand why some people prefer to read a typed interview.

LOL
There is some real effff'ed up people on here. It's like preferring a typewriter over a computer, or going back to the days of horse back instead of a car. Next they will want to ride 2 strokes instead of 4 Whistling

And when I need to lose weight, I just read my dinner from the box instead of cooking and eating it.

...because listening to music is the same as listening to someone talk. And how the hell is preferring to read an interview the same as going back to a type writer? Do you boys see reading as archaic? Can you do math without using a calculator?

Rather read it as well, not always around a fat interweb connection, be waiting on a vid to load.

Didn't know this was a typed vs video thread.... but since we're voting I like the videos better. I agree with scottie on this one... you get to see the raw emotion on their face and just how excited or frustrated they are. Good interview...

I prefer written interviews as well. Don't always like to turn the speakers up at work.

Unbeleivable comments on this one. Just so everyone that doesn't like or want to see video interviews knows ahead of time, Chatterbox interviews aren't typed. Please fell free not to click on them if that is what you are looking for.

I'm never surprised about how a thread can devolve into something so utterly... stupid.

lol it's funny that somebody brought this up, because it's something I've thought often.

I do almost all my Vital-viewing at work, and while I have a 1 hour lunch break where I can watch videos, there are typically 5-10 new moto videos a day and I can't always fit them all in. Plus, it's still often hard to hear them in an office where people are on the phone, etc and it gets loud. On top of that, I typically will choose to watch action/riding vids before interviews while I have access to sound. And lastly, I don't always have my full hour to just sit and watch videos, as sometimes I have to run errands, go out to lunch, etc.

So having a typed alternative is an extremely handy option since I can browse/read at any point during the day

How ever you are planning to provide anything, can I have it in the "other" format?

Thanks.

LOLZ! Great interview. All of the preconceived opinions need to step back and re-evaluate.

I'm just so thankful that we have an interview with Stewart to watch OR read because it's been SO HARD to find anything about him on the internet lately.

Of course you dont, you've been huggin his nuts since he turned pro.

Now that that is out of the way, I hope he does get his "swagger" back because I wanna see James do well. Im a huge Dungey fan, I think just about everyone knows that, but I wouldnt mind seeing James win the outdoor title and carry momentum in to supercross.
