Why would you pay a 100k win bouns for non chase races? So are chase races gonna have double the bonus money? Doubt it. What will the records book say, Non chase wins and chase wins? Lumping them both together would be idiotic if your gonna separate them. You don't think corpartions would devalue non chase wins as opposed to chase wins. Up 4 points for 4 wins big freaking deal. A 3rd place in the first race vs a 1st erases the fact that you won four races making them damn near meaningless espically if we have a chase series that's 7 races long.

This is all just pissing in the wind.

It's called the law of unintented consequences. No matter what you try to do fix the "points" problem you will fuck something else up. Guarantied.

Also, 30-40% of the people will piss and moan no matter what. It's just how they roll.

Leave it alone.
