Bought a Poly carbinite TLD SE4 from them last week since it was only $200, and before it arrived at my doorstep then lowered the price again to $150.

I gave them a call to see if they could give me a break on the $50 since I hadn't received the helmet before they already lowered the price, which was wishful thinking. In no way are/were they required to refund me money since I paid the advertised price. But, i figured what the hell worth a shot and i work hard for my money.

The guy i talked to (I think he said his name was Dave) went and sat down with his manager (after i thought it had been settled he couldn't do anything), CALLED ME BACK, and told me they would price match their own closeout deal!

Blown away they have that kind of customer service while running an online shop and massive retail store.

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC does this automatically, without need to call. They call it Price Change Rebates.

Most places will do this. They realize that you can just return the one you paid full price for, and buy it cheaper.

Last year I bought a jersey and pants from RMATVMC and the price dropped about a week later. I didn't know it dropped but I got an email saying the price dropped and they gave me a $45 store credit. The best part is, the pants dropped $8 and the jersey $6. That's customer service!

$50 is only a drop in a bucket when you are selling 17 Honda's for 20k.

It's still nice that someone went out of his way to help the OP. It's good to hear.

I decided to use Chap because they provided an actual showroom where I was able to physically hold and try gear on. RMATVMC is still my go-to for hard parts and tools, I don't see that changing anytime soon unless someone plants a parts tree in my backyard.

This also saved the headache and return shipping of a return.
