By far my favorite chain, it’s super thin for a sealed chain, at first glance you would think it’s a non sealed chain.
Has held up great, much lighter and thinner than most other sealed chains I’ve ran. I’m a fan.

I have used Sunstar MXR1 Works chains for years, and would highly recommend. If you are looking for an O ring style, I would get the Sunstar SSR chain.

Don’t know who makes the Mika metals o ring chain, but I’ve had good luck with it. I’ve got 60 of off-road/deep east coast conditions on it and I’ll probably replace it soon.

I have had great luck with "Primary Drive" o ring chains. They last a long time, weigh less than others and also cost less.

That’s what I always ran before trying the rk mxu chain.

On a budget the primary drives are unreal. Shoot really they are really really good regardless of price.

The mxu just so much slimmer and so far just as durable.

If you have a bike where some o rings won’t clear or are worried about weight that’s where the mxu comes in.

FirePower HD chain. Basically the same chain as a DID ERT2 but much cheaper.
Haha...."Basically the same"" meaning not the same at all.

Pro Taper XRC. 110 hours with zero issues and the gold still looks good.

Me too.

Tightened it once and haven’t touched it in 65 hours on my KTM 500. I plan to replace in another 5-10 hours.

Idk man I SMOKED a gold HD firepower chain in less then 10 hours. Some deals that seem to be “to good to be true” usually are!

+3 for Mika. They will have a 40% off sale soon over Black Friday. They show out of stock on a lot of stuff though. I think it's Italian-made so COVID issues probably.

The Temmermans own Mika, DT1, CTO, and run Tulare cycle park. They are a moto family, and I support them by buying their products. I really like the DT1 filters too.
