I would guess that he will prep for 19 SX at some other facility and retire after 19. It makes sense to sell his place if that is the case.

I was just about to write the same thing. Smart timing to try and sell now before the off season kicks in so someone can get it before training starts for 2019 SX season.

Nope; they are separate. Their home is in a gated community on a lake. The track property is 15ish mins away in a (slightly) more rural area.

That is reeds, has the kart track. If you search Dade City Raceway, Ferrys is right to the south of the Dade City track..

For all you GMap wizards, has anyone had any luck finding Tomac’s Ranch in Cortez? Borderline stalkerish i know but have tried looking for it out of curiosity but despite spending more time looking for it than I care to admit, haven’t had any luck spotting it...

Found Tomac's ranch as well, though Reed's was certainly easier to find, I will say that. If an admin finds this pic getting into too much personal space then take it down.

That's not Tomac's place. His is in Cortez, CO. You circled Ferry's place (red), Dade City Raceway (pink) and Reed's (blue).

Tomac's place is a ways out of Cortez, like 16 miles to the west. If you find it and zoom out there's even more riding to the south of his outdoor track. It looks like moto heaven there, I can see why he chooses to stay there and not end up in California or Florida.
