there are still rumours about a possible return to the MXGP ... would be awesome if he did make it and returns where he started ..

ive seen it mentioned on several motocross sites , and now again on a dutch site ....

and this is what he said earlier


Reed has hinted that this may be his last year of racing the AMA Nationals and that he would like to end his career by going back to MXGP for one season.

Speaking on DMXS radio, Reed admitted he would like to go full circle and maybe end his career where it started, in GPs.

Reed explained: “Honestly, there is a part of me that would really like to go back to Europe and do the GPs before I retire. It wouldn’t be easy but it would be fun. I would like to venture off and show the kids the world and do that. There are a few things in the works but we will see what happens. I would like to do a full season and maybe do some part-time supercross before the GPs or something like that. Never say never, I don’t know if that will happen, but it would be fun I think.”

Not gonna happen. He said he would like to race the GH GP this year then the MXdN, but I think we may see him on a SX only deal soon

Why, to "roll around" in 10-15th place each week? He lost his outdoor speed, it's an SX only deal...stamp it.

This doesn't make any sense. Chad has had success in SX recently but has done really poorly in mx. He's also talked about doing SX only to save some energy at his age so why would he want to do the GPs?? He'd get fn worked if he did GPs his last year at what 34-35?

I think most of you pay to ride, or used to, or pay for some little ones to ride. Why cant Chad, who has millions, pay to race mx or sx? Who cares about what place, its fun as heck to do, so?

Or Australian, German, French and English riders who want to make a name on the world stage. Reed 2001, McFarlane, Ferris, Waters, Styke. Roczen, Musquin, Porcel, Tortelli, Anstie, Dobb etc etc. You need to learn a bit more about the sport mate before making comments like that.
