I named this thread shoot for the moon because it is a long shot but what the hey, a little silly season fun.
So what if, and this is a big "if", Chad Reed came back next year on a YZ250?
Honestly I just don't see him being able to pick it up enough to get back in the mix with the Ryans. That said what if he came out on a 2 stroke for marketing reasons and to have some fun?
I don't think he stands a chance at winning on one but I think in supercross he could run top 10, maybe better.
Another angle, what if the AMA changed the rules to 300cc 2 stroke? Would he stand a chance in supercross to podium?

I thought He jumped the shark in the Tedesco thread , but this one is even better.
It uses 40% less fuel than the 4 stroke.
AMA is going to mandate the by 2016 because the EPA is gonna outlaw 4 strokes.
