I named this thread shoot for the moon because it is a long shot but what the hey, a little silly season fun.

So what if, and this is a big "if", Chad Reed came back next year on a YZ250?

Honestly I just don't see him being able to pick it up enough to get back in the mix with the Ryans. That said what if he came out on a 2 stroke for marketing reasons and to have some fun?

I don't think he stands a chance at winning on one but I think in supercross he could run top 10, maybe better.

Another angle, what if the AMA changed the rules to 300cc 2 stroke? Would he stand a chance in supercross to podium?

What if we didn't have dumbass threads all over Vital? What if two strokes never make any more appearances in professional racing? What if they make 6 strokes that have even more moving parts? What if anyone gave a shit about any of this?

There is a six stroke engine.

It uses 40% less fuel than the 4 stroke.

AMA is going to mandate the by 2016 because the EPA is gonna outlaw 4 strokes.
