I was looking over a list of the riders who had career numbers and realized that as 250 east champion Malcolm Stewart is eligible to pick one.
That thought made me wonder why he didn't. Only thing I could come up with for a reason why he didn't is that he's waiting for the number 7 to become available. Kind of makes sense, keep the number in the family and for Stewart's Seven Gear Company.

Thank you for the clarification and for not being a dick
Obviously the OP misunderstood how career numbers were awarded. No reason to bash the guy for it.
You "positive guys".
Pit Row
See there's 3 kinds of people
Dick, pussies, and assholes
Dicks just wanna fuck all the time without thinking it threw
But then you got your assholes chuck, and all assholes wanna do is shit all over everything
So pussies may get mad at dicks once and awhile because pussies get fucked by dicks
But dicks also fuck assholes chuck
And if they didn't fuck the assholes
You know what you'd get?
You'd get your dick and your pussy all covered in shit
