So I bought a carb rebuild kit from All Balls, and come to find out that the rebuild kit is a US spec, and the Canadian spec is very different. Ex-stock main in Cdn is 172 and the stock US is a 165 main and I got a 162 in the kit. The pilot is a 45 Cdn and the US spec is a 42. The needle jet is different as well. My question is should I just install the kit as is? Are there any worries?

If the bike is running good i wouldnt change the jet sizes. Everyone down here goes up in jet sizes from stock anyway because theyre too lean - probably for emissions regulations.

You should jet your bike for your elevation and modifications. The aftermarket rebuild kits will usually be stock jetting. The needle should be stock. The float needle on all Keihin FCR carbs is the same.
