1. 2nd gear, ride at mid-rpm, pull in clutch, rev up a bunch more, smoothly let clutch out fairly quickly
2. lean back, you'll find the balance point easier. leaning forward, you have to bring the front up farther to balance.
3. you have to want it. you might think you want it, but you don't, you keep leaning forward when the front wheel comes up. just keep trying, over, and over, and over, and over, and you'll get it.
