Hey Mav, I appreciate you do this btw. Your commentary is all I've got of Canadian Nats when I'm on the road.

No problem. You have an internet connection check the racing on Conx2share.com?

Colton Facciotti rode an excellent race in the first moto and ended up 4th overall on the day.

It was nice to see Kaven Benoit back this weekend. He pulled out of the first moto with stomach cramps but came back in moto 2 to finish 6th.

It's no use. Some people just don't want to understand or accept the fact that there's fast people riding in Canada.

Nobody here is saying that there isnt fast guys in canada. What some people are saying, myself included, is that when pourcel isnt feeling it he just rides around and doesnt push it. Hes been doing that for years and thats whats so frustrating with him. You cant say he can be winning one weekend then be this far off the pace while putting in the same effort. Watch some races from '14, '15, and '16 and youll see that he just cruises around in some races.

And in general he rides just hard enough all race to be able to go the distance. He rarely rides as hard as he can anymore because of safety and fitness. Even in the race people here are talking about when he made the last lap pass, he rode hard for like half a lap. He is still able to compete for the championship because he's so smooth and talented.

Christophe Pourcel being crafty.

Well, he IS inside the markers. That track is beyond brutal on a National day. I've raced and ridden a million laps there, and never seen it like it gets after 4 motos of Pro racing.

I know he's within the markers. It's just to show that he looks and finds line where other riders don't.
