Not gonna happen, they want more than what someone is willing to invest, except Florida Tracks and Trails. If those guys cant get one, no one will get one!

With what is going on with Feld and SX I would say the future of pro motocross in the US is not looking positive!

It makes me wonder because they all work together in some capacity but the direction of the sport is not good. Thinking that they can go to a 25 or even 30 round SX series is crazy. The sport won't last without the base of motocross.

I always have to question if the people at Feld honestly have a clue because they run ArenaCross at the same time as Supercross and a few times in the same location even! The sport is so small and your dividing it up?

Supercross will have it's network of riders
Motocross will have it's network of riders
Arenacross will have it's network of riders
Electricross will have it's network of riders

Its actually growing the sport if you think outside of the norm that everyone races everything...

This opens the door for "specialist" to do their thing...for example I would think Cole Seely would be pretty excited about a longer SX season and not have to endure the outdoors and Tomac visa versa

Oh yeah! back to topic.

+1 for a Southeast national in 2018

LoL sure I am 100% positive that motocross and SX running on the same weekend will be good for the sport! Oh and Arenacross also! Yup lots of fans and tv viewers for all of them at the same time! Good luck with that.

Would be awesome to see Monster Mountain get a national. According to Ken Roczen's instagram he would agree!

This is a horrible idea, there are not enough of us to support this. We desperately need leadership at the top. If we truly want to grow the sport, Youthstream, Mxsports and Feld HAVE to start working with each other rather than against each other. Too many boats rowing in different directions.

The US needs to have 1 Netherlands style bottomless sand national. With Florida's abundance of sand it would be a good place to build one.

Youthstream IMO is not going to work out over here.. Not for more than 1 race a year.

Itchy scratchy (echoconnee) would.still be good, but will.never happen.

With races having to be scheduled from late.may to.late.august I don't expect.there to.be a national in florida

Keep all the outdoor tracks out in the middle of nowhere where there's not a gas station or store within 30 minutes and no hotels, restaurants or bars within an hour.

MXGP Grand Prix is possible if you're willing to invest in getting it to your region.

Might not have any National after 2018 if Feld has there way. It will be all SX.

LST had pro races in the 70's, 80's and early 90's. I honestly don't think the place is big enough or has a good enough track for a pro race. I really like the idea of finding a nice grass field somewhere, building a few jumps that flow with the hills and just race on it! don't disk the dirt or anything, just leave it as grass. I think there needs to be more variety of soil types from race to race. Also, maybe change up tracks from year to year instead of going to the same ones every year.

I could tell stories for days from my races at that place.

It was epic when Gary prepped it ,and even had a over under bridge once.

Mickey broke and ankle there one year on the RC 125.
