Can someone tell me what year RMZ this is?

Hi new member here, long time lurker. This lady has an RMZ that a friend knows. She said it's a 2012 and she is asking $1500. She knows nothing about bikes & it's been siting in her garage. It was her uncles & he moved out of state. I can't find anything on the vin. She has no title. I just don't like buying without one. She is not the type of person that would have stolen propert, but who knows where her uncle got it. The vin is JS1RJ42C6C2100321 . I ran it through the calif DMV but no records of it. I'm waiting on a call back now. Has a rmz250 sticker on fender but I get rmz450 on vin search.

Look at the cylinder stamp to see if its a 450

according to woodsryder and his suzuki vin search its a RMZ250
