Why do they do they insist on keeping the camera on a 9 second leader in the LCQ’s instead of a close battle on the bubble? And what black magic fuckery causes the cameras to switch the split second a rider goes down?

This is the one sport where it seems you need actual racing experience in order to understand what to film.

I don't know if that means they need a producer who's raced or cameramen but god damn it's just hard to watch sometimes. They never seem to be pointing in the right direction at the right time.

It’s the director, not the camera crew. If you’re going to criticize shit you know nothing about, at least know where you want to place the blame...

Broadcast crew, camera crew whatever. Since you want to make the point of “criticizing shit” YOU know nothing about, it’s technically the Master Control Operator(s) that switch between live feed camera views - not the director...

Whoever is doing that job sucks at it. Tthat was all I was trying to point out, so chill down.
