Looks like Reed’s bike is back at Babbitts and up for sale.

$1,300 off MSRP with a decent amount of goodies..... wonder how many hours she has on her? I’ve been kicking around getting a CRF, and this would be prettttty tempting if it’s got 10-15 hours on it.

I'm torn on if this is a good deal since, well, you know that bike was ridden hard. However...it's Chad Reed's bike and that alone is enough to make it awesome. Either way this is a really cool opportunity to own a small part of Moto history for a talking piece or weekend ripper.

It may have been ridden hard, but the fact that it was Chad's bike means that there's a better than average chance it was maintained better than your average race bike.

I doubt it has any serious time on it, Chad didnt seem to have an intese off season, probably ridden around at the most. I'd say do it.

Not many pros will ride a bike that's in an ill state. They get maintained and then some. Someone should jump on that bike.
