Have 79 cr390 project on the go. Not my favourite bike of that era. Look pretty 🤩 with black/shined aluminum tank. Swedes made a quality product for that timeframe.

I've got a 78 CR390 too in my shop that I've been meaning to do a rough restore as a runner bike. While I prefer the red/chrome tanks, I 'm pretty sure the proper color for the 390s of that era is black/chrome. The 250's were red/chrome. Good price if the bike is actually restored and runs as good as the picture in the CL posting.

I had the 250 just like that. Wish it was closer.

The automatics were green, I believe.

Plus, this has a shifter.

I have a 78 390CR needing a restore also. Going to be my winter project I think.

This is my 1980 OR 390 that I built last winter. It has Vintco air shocks, Marzocchi forks and a few other trick parts. I plan to do a few AHRMA motos and local GP's on it this year.
