Side panels are different and the pipe looks like a 500 pipe. A bit of a mutt I guess

I saw a one-owner 2008 CRF450r locally too. If the price is right I'm gonna buy it.

There’s also a pair of 2006 CRF450’s that look very clean and low-hour out in Sandy.

I’ve got an 06 CRF450 with about 20 hrs on it. I’m on the fence whether to sell it or not. More of a 2stroke guy.

Thats a 500 and for that price its a good deal. I'd grab it. The frame has been painted which explain probably why the seller does not know what it is. Probably a flip bike and the seller guessed what it was based on pictures off the internet.

I saw those too. Man if they were 08s that'd be something! I loved my 05. Have a 13 now.

pretty sure its a 250. Head Stay looks like a 250 and jug looks smaller then a 500. maybe has the wrong pipe on it?

Not a 500 the engine side cover isn't the same it has a power valve it's a mid 90's cr250. See this 500 engine and the difference.

The 2008 listed in Portland today is a scam. File under "the too good to be true" category. I'm gonna play it out for fun tho.

Looks like a 90-91 CR250, with 92-93 plastics, CR500 pipe, and a late model fork. Oh!... and for sure a new top end and recent carb rebuild.
