Those 85’s had some teething problems that you needed a good shop to work out. I remember MXA said something like “it vibrates like a washing machine with bad bearings and handles like a three wheeled shopping cart “ LOL.
I loved the twin shock 83 and 84 models Those are definitely worth restoring!
Husky made a big push in the US in 1985 with Mickey Dymond on 250s and Danny Laporte on the 500. Andy Stacy too I think. But Dymond and Laporte both got injured at the beginning of the outdoor season. Total bad luck.
The 250 was a better bike that year.
