Is it true that if I bought a 22 YZ250 it would be illegal to ride on public land?
The Shop
All it’s gonna do is create more “outlaw” riding.
Another interesting approach: You can probably find...this upcoming winter...a "parts bike" that provides you this opportunity and some good spare parts.
I had a direct conversation with the person responsible for the metrics or "the science" behind the Air Resources Board's report: he had NO INTENTION of showing the affect of these rules on the actual air quality of California. Why? Because, I'd pointed out the actual evaporation and "other" affects WERE NOT stated in any actual form. It was all "intent". This is about "evap-systems" and other shit they're claiming will improve the quality of the air.
Ultimately, they want the same rules as the Greenies want for the USFS/for all forest roads: they want the same compliance as a modern car...
Dealers are having a tough time selling the ‘22’s and all the ‘21’s that they got, are long gone. So lame !!
I never thought I’d say this, but I’m definitely headed out of California.
I don’t blame them for being mad, but they might have to accept me here shortly, but I’m on board with their “stance”, if you know what I mean ! It’s beautiful up there.
I’m counting days at this point !
Pit Row
Okay now back to dirtbikes.
Or every time you go riding say it’s a protest for Something like BLM and you’ll be all good.
I heard CA is getting that bad even the Mexicans are smuggling themselves back into Mexico.
Private tracks and closed course competition use only.
Next will be smog checks. Slippery slope we are on.
