Butt Patches...

There’s a gear cleaning guy in Great Britain that would love to see yours.

Either this makes perfect sense to you or it doesn't. There is no in between.

He mostly prefers boots but he did say exceptions can be made.

Meanwhile, Green, Harry, and Newman are all gone.

I find an image he likes or make my own design for him.

Local tshirt lady does a vinyl sticker of each layer cost like 2 bucks or I print the image to paper, little harder this way. I then cut each layer out of material, some fake leather type stuff and some thin vinyl.

Went to a local upholstery shop and got scrap material. Got couple yards of 5 or 6 colors for 20 bucks, enough to probably do 100 patches.

Then I use 3m double sided tape to piece them together. 20 bucks for a couple sheets, enough to do probably 10-15 patches.

I have had it pull on some of the skinny letters, but I just cut a little piece of tape and re stick it after cleaning with alcohol.

I thought about running a stitch around each letter, but my sewing machine is junk and I don't know how to work it correctly anyway (probably why it's junk lol)

I have probably made 10 of them to give to friends. They aren't up to par with mxpatches but they get the job done cheap. I have un-stitched them and moved them from pant to pant. The boy gets a kick out of them and it's time we can spend together making a design, him telling me what colors he wants to use and such.

The local t shirt lady always gets a kick out of the stuff I tell her I need done. He currently wants to put his logo on his reading glasses, either going to do a sticker or a stencil then paint on the side.
