is there any rational thought behind where they put the timing splits on a given track? for example, today there is a minute and a half, then a 30 second, and finally a 15 second section. I'd guess there are practical concerns, but seems they would be more evenly spread out?

Yeah I didn't get that. He seemed genuinely upset about it. I'm not sure why he thought he was going to get a spot at all. He didn't do much in SX this year (not that it matters) and did literally nothing in MX this year (which really matters.)

With that being said, imagine how good Australia can be in a year or two if Ferris races and Lawrence gets healthy and on a great bike. They could be legit podium threats with another solid rider such as Gibbs.

Why would he be there? He didn’t get picked, the team is already announced.

Yeah he’s been riding a jgr bike but could strictly be for sx

Anyone else having trouble with their NBC Gold ? Mine is telling me it’s “unable to play this asset”..

Matthes put out an instagram showing that Roczen had got rid of the electric start and went back to a kick starter like Brayton ran in SX. Seems to be working quite well.
