Any of these would have contained 1,3 DMAA at a given time. It's really not a big deal at all. It will, however, have big consequences.

Sounds like the 4 year ban could be reduced significantly if he can convince them that he wasn't intentionally cheating, also. Again, it'd be a tough stream to paddle up but it could be tried.
With some experience learning about WADA, the code literally all comes down to this: the athlete is ultimately responsible for what enters their body, period. It doesn't matter where it comes from. The athlete ingested it, and as such is responsible. That's the way they see it. The ASADA (Aus doping) code strongly recommends athletes staying away from any kind of supplement, natural or otherwise, for reasons like what we've seen here.
Unfortunately, history will show that Broc has an uphill battle here. Wishing him all the best.
If nothing else, the suspensions could be for one entire season and it would be bad enough for anybody to avoid.

What if He ate or took something that He didn't know the stuff was in there ? it's not like they caught him with EPO, HGH or steroids
