If you didn’t know the situation that really happened, the picture looks like Craig is about to run over DF!

If they did not dock zacho in Vegas how can you dock DF ? Pretty dirty move but it's racing.

Bully? Really?

Yeah, that's the wrong description for a guy that is trying to win....Ferandis may not be a bully but he is trying to impose his will.....my bad I'm a fan of both of them..... I personally like aggressive racing, as long as ambulances are not needed.

Not even remotely the same... Zach made the corner and would have made the corner even if JS wasn't there. DF was going through the tuff block and in to the mechanics if he doesn't hit Craig.

No one gets a pass on a move like this. Especially if it's not the last corner, last race of a championship. Dylan screwed himself with that one.

To me what makes it a bad pass is that both guys went to the ground. Had Dylan stayed upright I wouldn’t have minded the dirty pass. But then again had he DF not fallen down he wouldn’t have been quite so out of control and CC wouldn’t have went flying.

Your avatar and signature are always weird, you Hester Chester, creepy creeper. :-)

Anyone putting Demartille or Soubeyras on blast? No, as they have made no Massengil moves like Musquin and Ferrandis on occasion.

I ain't mad at Pourcel. He rode green!

I get it. He was riding "overly aggressive" and made a horrible decision. But they still gave him the win. So whats to stop everyone from using another rider as a back board every time they need a position.

Who benefited from their move more? Forker cutting the track at A1 ( he got docked 2 spots) or DF cleaning out craig instead of ending up crashing off the side of the track(essentially no penalty)?

I love bumping and take outs, but that was absolute horseshit in my opinion
Kdubs move was retaliation from a turn or two prior.

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t KW getting DV back for a pass DV made on KW?

Are you serious ? Zach went straight into JS17. Honestly it should have broken his leg in that inncedent.

Well, Forkner was 1 meter away from killing Ferrandis (or himself) crossing the track without watching ...

And Ferrandis is now 12 points down instead of 8 or more probably 6 only. So he benefited nothing, he may have actually lost the championship on this mistake.

Have you ever seen Cole Trickle on a MX track? Neither have I. He was a fictional character from a crappy movie about NASCAR.

Dingo94, You should've referred to; Dale Earnhardt: "I didn't mean to turn him around. I meant to rattle his cage, though." Dylan could've said something like: 'I didn't mean to wreck him, I just wanted to push him over because he went way to slow if you ask me". Laughing

What does that matter? So you can go around cleaning everybody out as long as they didn’t do it to you first? The retaliation “rule” is complete bullshit. If I was Craig, I’d blow him out anyway. They could penalize me all they want, but they can’t give Ferrandis back the points he’d lose.

Based on 1 pass (or a few), over the 1000 passes he made in his career, you are gonna say he lacks of race craft ? Really ? Are you following SX since last week ?

The only real main issue with Ferrandis is his starts. He has the speed (technique) and fitness (determination), if he can actually work to get Webb or AC's starts, i think he would have what it takes to be at their level (In 450 there is only 1 beast mode to come from behind and it is Tomac's).

Thinking about it. It seems like most of the French riders that came over started hitting people and being overly aggressive. Sorby was a loose cannon that ran road blocks for JS7. Roncada at one time started ramming everyone and when he got to RC, RC about ruined Ron’s career in one turn. DV was playing games with KW and KW sent him to outer space. Musquin torpedoed Tomac and Has been getting hit by everyone lately including his own teammate. Pourcel wasn’t that bad but it wasn’t a rider he torpedoed.. it was all his chances of a ride. Seems like all these French riders come over.. have some success then move to the 450 class and get hammered for riding like idiots. Now add Ferrandis. Guess we’ll see how this all shakes down

I’ve watched the main events over again and noticed in the 450 main tomac goes for the exact same pass on the same corner to pass Webb I believe on lap 2. You can see while in the air Webb looks over and is aware that tomac is right there and going inside.

I was as well livid when ferrandis took out Craig on the live feed but diagnosing the race and footage it seems Craig is equally at fault . It’s silly to say that Craig should take a page out of a mature Cooper Webb’s racing tactics because he’s a few years older , but you’ve got to know where your fellow racers are at on the track.

Watch 1:10 on to see tomac’s pass on Webb.

Wow. EQUALLY at fault huh. That’s impressive. I’ll Listen to the actual riders that are all saying DF was fully at fault. Pulp actually asked Marty if he tried using that line to pass anyone and Marty said he thought about it but the inside was to slick to really get a clean pass. If Marty was smart enough to know that then so was Dylan. Lol equally
