Was riding the 125 at ACP and noticed radiator level went down as time went on. Thought it was just a bad radiator cap but proceeded to run it the next day in the desert bringing extra coolant. Terrible ride, really went down and had to lug the bike all the way back to the truck. Just put a 1.6 cap on it and started it up with fluid up to the top while it was cold, ran it and within 30 seconds coolant started to come out of the overflow hose. Not crazy amounts, but noticeable. Last top end rebuild was about 3 months ago as I ride every weekend (Stock bore and head) and since then just been mostly riding at tracks, but out here in arizona it usually goes from about 80 in the morning to 110. Im sure its just a blown head gasket but all input would be well received.

I'm pretty sure I blew my head gasket a long time ago.

Check your power valve chain , maybe is to tight. If that is ok then check the muffler bearings calibration . Good luck.

Yeah, in all seriousness, drain coolant and take off the head. Gaskets are cheap.
