Any ideas/speculation (there's a loaded question) as to what's going on with him?

He's usually getting good to decent starts and running with the top 5 or at least top 10... Haven't seen nor heard much from or about him lately...

Well he didn't race Redbud and Southwhick was pretty bad for him as well.
More than likely got injured at 338.

He had a virus and missed Red Bud. He'll be back for this weekend. I do wonder what's going on with him, though. I think he's at a point in his career where's had a bunch of chances to win and he keeps coming up just short. That has to be a huge mental weight on you and maybe he's just over it. That may be why we see him being caught up all of these supposed takeouts. I hope he gets everything sorted out because he's a good guy and he's got a lot of years ahead of him.
