I messaged them yesterday with a screenshot showing them there was no place to put the code (was on mobile/phone). Donny looked into it and replied saying that it appeared in billing and sent a pic with the code box in place.

Thought maybe it was just an issue on mobile so I checked with the laptop and same problem.

Should have saved the pic.

When you get to the payment page (billing?) It's not there so maybe it appears after you click finalize payment at the bottom of the page but doubtful.

Try messaging him on Instagram, maybe he'll get back to you. Seems like a lot of people are experiencing the same problem so they're currently losing sales.
So just message the FMF Instagram page?
