What do you all think? Will the 2011 prices increase or decrease? Any rumors on prices dealers?

They go up every year, I don't see 2011 being any different.

well ktms might go down because of the value of the euro going down compared to the dollar. japanese not sure because im not up to date on the yen.

The problem is in the dollar vs. yen. Ten years ago 120 yen=1 dollar. Today 90 yen=1 dollar. Until the ratio is back to 100 to 1, you can expect bike prices to continue to creep up. Don't worry, though, Japan's debt load is probably worse than the US, so it's just a matter of time until the Yen crumbles so I hear.
