Only $10 for all 2024 SX, MX, and SMX series (regularly $30).
Ronnie Mac not making a single podium this year was equally disappointing.
Gotta give props to Bam Bam. The kid shows some crazy aggression on the 450. Good for the sport.
The Shop
wilson not demolishing the field and getting hurt.
friese having a solid and relatively drama-free season
Chad and Millsaps switched places this year
I doubt anyone had him in their top-5 preseason picks. I know I didn't.
Hill coming back from hell
Peick bringing it
Goerke banging with the big boys
Bowers not to shocking but the win was a delightful surprise
Peick and Goerke close tough!
Also never expected Vriese to pull a fourth 250SX East, and a 20th total in the 450's! Pretty solid season.
Pit Row
i havent heard everyone or anyone saying how big of a surprise he was before vegas ..
again im not bagging on him i dont know him or anything , and he definetly seems on it lately and i hope he has a Great summer in the nationals !!
and for the clowns that say he isn't consistent... he had 10 wins, 14 podiums, and 16 top 10's... (disclaimer : this is a stat i watched on the broadcast, i didn't feel like back-checking it)
Stewart's injury
Davi's new-found speed and ability to be at the front
Reed's lack of speed/finishes
Dungey did about what i thought, rode great some rounds and ok some rounds, couple great wins
Barcia not finishing at the front 3 more was a shock to me, he's the real deal
Also surprised to see Stewart and Reed struggle so much, especially Reed. Stewart was surprising simply because nothing had changed even after the whole Yamaha to Suzuki move, but Reed was never a factor for the win, not even once. Just shows you how much everyone else has stepped it up.
Pro Circuit having their worst year in recent history was kind of a surprise. They won 2 races this year and one of them was won by an AX guy!
Tomac's implosion was pretty surprising.
Also Hahn was a great surprise. I haven't seen him ride with that aggression in years.
Barcia not really firing as much as I was expecting.
#2 Stewart/Reed - Stewart on the Suzuki this year had some good moments and he looked very smooth most the time and I liked seeing a smarter more patient James Stewart.. he didnt take nearly as many tumbles during the races this year as he did on the Yamaha of years past...Reed, Im not a fan really but he was not comptetive all season other than just a few laps and coming out hot in practice.....Stewart had a win and at least a few podiums and even lead more than Dungey i believe......hopefully these dudes turn things around outdoors or RV is going on a terror!!
