Not only is it awesome of Justin to take the time to grant Austin's wish, but he does it with enthusiasm and gratitude. He posted about it on Instagram and his web site. I'm sure this really made the youngster & his parents feel very special, and forget about their problems for an afternoon. Pure class from BamBam, please don't say you're not a fan in this thread.

I'm just stoked with his level of commitment. He didn't show up, pose for a few pictures and then ride off into the sunset to cash his check. He spent time with the kid, rode with him, hung out, and doubled down by saying, "anytime, anywhere."

God bless him.

As a dad of a little one, I can't imaging having to go through a terminal illness at such a young age. Nothing but props to everyone involved in making the little guys wish come true.

Good for you Justin! Made that families day. Barcia did a solid for my good friends family back in 2013. We met him the night before the ATL SX and asked if he could wear a team boom shirt out for opening ceremonies. Show some support for my buddies son who has a traumatic brain injury. (Family lives in ATL) We gave him the shirt and hoped he would. And he came through! Small thing maybe, but it meant a lot to all of us. Good dude.

I'm a big Barcia fan and JGR fan and my nephew who is 2 has systic fybrosis so this hit close to me. Super cool story and and props to everyone involved.

Definitely huge props to Justin.

Think about this. This kid is dying and could wish for and get almost anything he wanted, and he wants to meet JB. That's got to wiegh pretty heavy when he stops to think about it.
