I have been told the same thing. Kawasaki wants Stewart (He doesn't like the \"Bubba\" nick name anymore)til the end of his career. I tried to contact my Kawasaki source to confirm, but he is in Baja.

However...I have gone Yellow (for this week anyway)is that big news for anybody ?

I don't think anything is ever in stone in this business. it would not surprise me if JS went to Honda at some point, but with the hiring of BT and IT and currently having DM and AS, I doubt JS will be there in 09. But anything is possible.
