In 92, Bradshaw won 8 or 9 races, in 93 the MC era began. How long has it been since there were this many riders capable of a win and no clear dominant rider, 86?

Kinda... sorta... maybe... Unsure

I agree, awesome that the top 4 are all with in striking distance of a win/title.

The era your comparing to, would have had multiple lead changes, better racing.

But, that's where were at with today's supercross. I still enjoy watching the freight train racing Wink

Was just gonna say 2011. Didn’t it come down to Vegas? You had RV2, RD5, CR, JS, Canard...who else am I missing?

2011 was insane all year. KDub almost won Houston too had he not crashed while leading.

To me 1991 had cooler bikes, I prefer (two stokes), more variety in the tracks, more drama with rider riveries all of that is not here nor there, but the biggest thing for me letting supercross down is the shocking camera work and the way it's televised. In 1991, you saw all the passes, so it seemed so exciting, now right at the most exciting part of the race at the start of the race when lots of passes are being made the camera cuts to a replay of the start or watch the leader riding around by himself, it breaks my heart, supercross could be so much better if someone followed all the passing. I'm still happy with how this year is going though it's still awesome.

2011 and 2006. 06 people forget it went down to Vegas between 3 guys. I know there wasn’t as many winners but it was exciting none the less.

This year is very “nice and competitive”.

I can’t help still thinking that Versace, Kenny and a few more racers might have a win coming. Last night I was part of a discussion amongst some very well informed racing folk and the general opinion was that this is turning out to be a very unpredictable and exciting year.
