I've been buying Twinair for as long as I remember, my father says "don't bother with anything else"

However when I look at cost of some alternative brands I could save quite a bit of money.

Am I paying for the brand here or are Twinair actually superior to other filters e.g. DT1?

twin air are not superior to dt1....personally I feel the cheaper ones are fine since we normally change them out every ride or at least every other. I've used em all and like the dt1 the best but I buy the notoil filters to save money!

Highly recommend DT1. I had always used Twin Air or UNI before I tried DT1, now I won’t buy anything else. The twin air filters I bought for my 17 KX250F seem cheaply made compared to the DT1 filters. The rubber/foam seal on the DT1 filters seems to seal better too.

no, its literally not possible to buy a better air filter.

Air filter technology is highly specialized and thus extremely difficult to do properly. I mean, think about what a filter is made of. Foam, glue, and plastic.... all HIGHLY specialized materials. Only certain companies have access to the best quality foam, let along the best quality glue and plastic.

You should definitely just stick to twin air. You should also ONLY drive Ford trucks, wear Levi jeans, ride Harley motorcycles, and drink Budweiser beer. Literally nothing else could POSSIBLY be as good as those brands, much like no filter on earth could ever be as good as a twin air.

I thought DT1 were a very high quality filter at a good price but my experience was the filter seemed physically bigger than the twin air it replaced and I never felt great about the fitment.

Do you ride a lot on trails? Because then Funnelweb are great airfilters. Very expensive but there technology makes that the dirt glides down, so the piramides stay clear and air keep floating like at the first second. Great for dessert or trail ridding.

DT1 is the only filter I'll buy, and I've tried pretty much all of them. The neoprene seal works great with no rim grease, and I've literally been using the same two filters for two years now I think. Yes, you read that correct, two years on the same filters riding damn near every weekend.

I'm no tree hugger, but I find that level of waste offensive. To each their own.

I ran twinair, uni, and no toil for years. Tried a DT1, and it's all I'll ever buy again. Other filters always seemed to fail at the seams after a few months. I've been running the same 3 DT1s since 2016 with no problems. Very high quality, good fitment, and super durable.

Thanks for the 40% off code!

I ordered three 2 -stage units, a can of cleaner, and two cans of their bio oil. $99.21 to include shipping. Nice deal!

These in conjunction with the MX BONZ kit I installed should give my (still rebuilding...) 07' CR125 a solid foundation for sucking clean air.

I have been running Twin Air and a PC Racing Pro Seal air filter gasket on my '05 CR125 with good results, but the MX BONZ kit is the bomb-diggity.

I wish I could try a DT1 filter but they don't seem to make them or my 2017 Husky TE 300.
