Early 80's JT RACING gear all the way. Especially Yamaha!!
Rainbow jersey/black yellow.

Runnerup is the mid 90's SHIFT gear. Nothing has ever looked that good since.

Also was waiting for somebody to post Ward with his ALL WHITE Sinisalo "Jet" gear.
CLEAN!!

Nobody looked cooler than RD. Moates red and white LOP gear in 1980 looked good. Worst gear ever, everything made in the last 10 years. Looks like a bunch people in pajamas or oversized star trek uniforms.

Loved the RJ Fox gear. Especially when combined with his Bell Moto helmet with the dog paint job on the crown.

This stuff still looks good and still looks modern and I prefer over the modern asymmetrical designs. I hope a few of the MX gear companies take note of this thread.

I really liked Alloy MX the few years they existed. Remember Sean Hamblin wearing it. The Allesis too if I remeber correctly.

The original Fox stuff, and the early Shift stuff are clean and bold and would look good in any era. I'd buy that early Shift stuff again today if it was made again.

yeah, I'm bumping my own post. still can't seem to find a picture of the stuff i'm talking about. The main color is blue and it has yellow accent colors. Does anybody have a clue which set i'm talking about? I know it's a shot in the dark since i've provided very limited details, can't pinpoint the year, and fox has made a bazillion blue and yellow combos
