This thread reminding me of a DJ I built in 2003 that was ahead of its time it seems.

As far a room to move (I'm 6'2) the 22" wheel 22.75 TT is great. My current ride:



I get out a few times a year and knock the dust off, at 41 i'm stoked to make it through the trails in one piece.

Went to rays Sunday. Love the Verde. Rides better then the rental treks for me.
Took advantage of some nice weather and went to the dirt jumps and skatepark in the next county over. Had a blast.

I miss my Gack Speed Demon SL so much. The bars maybe most of all. Chris made WAY underrated mountain bikes!

transition pbj! There is a ton of good Djs, head over to pinkbike or mtbr and get balls deep

any good parks down your way? We travel to NC/SC to moto wouldnt mind bringing our bikes sometime. @BobbyLight

I'm surprised to hear that someone on this forum has even heard of Gack! I got mine back in 2000, sold it to a friend around 2010, he sold it to one of his friends, and I wanted it back around 2013. Reunited with it in 2013 and now I'm lending it to another friend to build it up and try it out.
