I just bought my son an 06 KTM Mini Adventure for $500 and need a few parts. This is our first KTM and I wanted to know if there was a good place that might have some of the parts I’m having trouble finding.
Thanks in advance!

Chip at Munn racing helped me with parts, and I'm sure he could help you find what you would need. Those bikes used spring clutches, instead of the usual mess of washer stacks. My setup that NEVER failed my son was that instead of having to go to a high revving clutch, I just replaced his springs with stock every 30 days, regardless of riding time. I used the stock carb off the H20 version of that bike (4mm bigger), jetted of course, and used NOTHING but Type F auto trans fluid on the clutch. The F type was designed back in the days of cars weighing 4000 lbs plus, and not having overdrive either, so it can withstand tons of abuse and heat. The clutch shoes I would replace every 2 months, and they could have lasted far more to be honest. I used the stock pipe, after trying a bigger one, it just wasn't more anything more than noisy. Stock those bikes were around 7 or 8 hp, our version was probably 9 or so, which was more than a small child needs. These new 50's are producing numbers that are greater than some of the early H20 minis from the 1980's.......
Keep the carb clean, check the spokes, because if memory serves it should have steel rims. Mine never really loosened all so much, my fear was them getting stuck due to excessive baths! It's a tame, bulletproof bike, I would easily put up against a PW for durability. Perfect pee wee, I really regret selling his, When you go to sell it, call me. I would love to have a replica of his old one in my office.
BTW.... It loved 91 pump gas, and Motul injector oil. Ran its best with those 2 guys. Never fouled a plug, used stock everything, including sprockets. Top 3 bike thats been in my life, and was never mine.
Thank you for all the info on the bike! I swore up and down I’d never buy my a non PW 50cc, but here I am having just bought a KTM so now he’s got both
Pit Row
Also use an ounce of Lucas Oil Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer added to your ATF and your clutch shoes and washers will thank you!
Check with Chip at Munn KTM.
