Aside from Bayle, Vuillemin, Pichon, Roncada, and Pourcel, I'm not sure to be honest. Wilson? Roczen?

Yeah those are some good ones. Top 10 is hard to think of. I'm drawing a blank. Tortelli has a win but he really wasn't that great of a SX rider. Most of the other GP competitors I can think of that were good at SX are not European.

Yeah. I'm drawing a complete blank after those guys. That's why on my list I'd have to have Roczen and Wilson on there. Lol. Like you said, GP guys are terrible at SX unless they're French it seems like.

It's just part of his anti-American agenda, that's all.

Bayle, Karsmakers, Vuillemin, Pourcel, Roczen, Pichon, Musquin, Roncada, Everts, Dobb. Just a quick opinion, probably missed some guys.

Bercy attracted the French riders to American SX, also print magazines like Motoverte ran a lot of stuff on USA. That attraction is getting less and less and I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see Euros going to America in two or three years. Just part of the revolving door. Americans wanted to go to Europe, then Euros wanted to go to America, wonder what the next phase will be.

After Lackey and LaPorte Americans wanting to go to Europe pretty much fizzled, top Americans anyway. Bob Hannah even said there was no need to go when asked back then. He said Lackey being first American took the luster off winning the world championship...I'm paraphrasing here. I don't see an American exodus to Europe coming any time soon. Personally I would love to see a top American rider try to win a world title...just don't see it happening .
