Best 250f rider of all time

For all the talk of Herlings being one of the best and no mention of Webb, Coop ran Herlings down and passed him prime for prime in their 250f careers when they went head to head, albeit not on a pure motocross track but it counts. 2 SX titles, 1 mx title and would have been at least in contention for 2 motocross titles had he not missed the first half the 2015 mx season with injury. Coop was the man for 2 years straight. RV deserves the top spot but Coop deserves to be in the conversation with the top 5.
