I loved the look of those 93’s, my first bike was a 93 KX80. I thought the 92’s looked cool and wanted one so bad, then the 93’s came out and looked even cooler and my dad got me one of the first ones.

Awesome find. I had a 92 KX250 and rode the piss out of it. The one huge downfall of the 92-93 is the frame cracking. Kawasaki had some quality issues during those years with frame welds. Always had my bike at the welder.
After all the headaches, I would love to come upon a 92/93, especially in this type of condition

No resto video coming, it’s virtually flawless as it sits. He may clean up the clutch cover, that’s about it.

57 thumbs up, 1 thumb down. Maybe some dude's cat was run over by a 1993 KX250, who knows who cares.

Now 93:2...and some people will focus on the 2.

And of course you pick this comment of all to shed your light on, not surprised. Like I said, I was talking about other ones throughout the thread. Like when I said it has a title, and someone disliked that... just weird, that’s all.

I remember these....I bought and raced a 92 KX250 new, my buddy bought a new 93 like this one. They were tanks, but fast. I miss mine...wish I still had it. This one would sit in the corner of my living room for sure!

I had a 92, it was a great bike. I don't even remember where or who I sold it to but I moved it to buy a 94 CR250.

Whoa!! That's an amazing find! I'm currently restoring a 93 125, and the pictures are really helpful. Have any more?

That's awesome! I raced a '93 KX250 in AMA D7 for a few years. Loved that bike and turned some great laps on it. Really easy to ride and bulletproof.

I loved this bike as a kid and still think that to this day, those were the best standard graphics to come on a motocross bike

I know it's kind of an older thread , but man , what a find. That bike literally looks new. Basically untouched for almost 30 years. Incredible find.

I would change all the bearings if it was going to be run. Rolling element bearings do not like to sit for a 27 years.
