I was there and saw him do it. He flipped off Webb from takeoff to just about landing. He definitely wanted to get his "point" across.

Barcia deserves the ride, he´s really riding well, cooper meanwhile....
i dont know, i just hate webb, he wines about everything and does stupid shit, and his attitude is like he is superior, like a mx god hahaha, just seeing him on tv tho, hope he does better anyways, we really need some depth on the 450 class, in getting dull

I dunno about that, I don't think he's as arrogant as people sometimes say, he's just quiet and firey too so it comes off as pissed without saying much. Easy to confuse.

BUT... it will be interesting with three mega fast dudes... one with a chip on his shoulder, the defending champ and the other maybe the fastest of the three.

Barcia can flip people off all he wants, but I'm a little confused as to why he felt the need. Did something else happen on track that we didn't see in the TV broadcast?
Because if Barcia can't handle having his line taken away in the pros, on purpose or not, than Imma go get me a pro card and start finishing one position in front of him. (Joking, of course. But it does seem really odd that a guy who rides like Barcia does, who claims to like contact and good battles, whose nickname is "Bam Bam," has a problem with Webb blocking his line.)

Barcia was fuckin' pissed and rightfully so. once he completed the pass on Cooper he pulled a huge gap on him instantly, if that isn't a teammate holding you up then i don't know what is.

Call me crazy but I wish Webb would get a fire lit under his ass and remain at Yamaha. It would be awesome to have these two on the same team all year!

I think that's pretty typical with the stars in our sport. Most of them cycle from being a fan favorite to generally being hated and then back to being a fan favorite. I'm sure Cooper will work his way back into the fan favorite category.

Webb started out in the pros acting like an arrogant punk...and he's still acting like one. Jeffro say's it's a slump...I say he's overrated. Barcia's no altar boy...but at least he's trying to clean up his act. Mark my word, Webb will not last more than a season with KTM.

I’m on The Cooper train.. He is making big changes this year . I think we will see a different Cooper show up at A1.

Webb's a great rider who must be frustrated not running with the leaders... That Barcia pic is one of the best 1 finger salutes I ever saw. Webb's acknowledgement is priceless

I agree. He hasn't had a healthy consistent run on the 450 yet. It seems like he gets to where his speed improves and then he gets injured. His starts have been terrible. I think the next couple races will be a little more telling of where he is.

Same goes for Barcia. Lots of people said he was washed up and done just a couple years ago but as soon as he started getting good results this year all the fair weather fans show back up and love him. I hope Coop can turn it around and I think he has a good chance at doing so with a change of scenery (KTM).
