You know Webb is irrelevant in the series when the only time you think about him for your Fantasy picks is for the Wildcard spot. He never even crosses my mind when it comes to the top 5 picks. You know the bike is good - look at Barcia. You know the team knows how to set up a bike - look at Barcia. This is 100% on Webb.

Pretty sure barcia contract has been extended for all of supercross. How could they not? Their other top guy got lapped. Lol

I have never been a fan of Webb because he has always had a cocky, arrogant attitude. He did well on a 250f but he wasn't really that impressive technique and athletic ability wise (compared to everyone else around him). Webb is the epitome of.."I love riding MX, I just hate 99% of the D-bags at the track."

Agreed. Last couple years he would have faded badly after something like that.

I'm not a Cooper fan, but in his defense he got in a wreck and that tracked sucked for racing and passing. There was no racing in either class.

I'll give him a mulligan on that one.

It’s still too early to cancel Webbs ticket but Barcia is delivering for sure. I wouldn’t have guessed it.

Yamaha better roll out that money for barcia. . I dont think he has done enough yet to say he deserves coopers ride but without a doubt is earning s spot. I need to see one more race but really he pretty much proved it tonight.

You know yamaha is going to sign him for the entire season

Umm Plessinger came from 10th to 1st, did quite a lot of passing. Anderson went from 5th to 1st, did some passing there. Webbs just not at the level of speed, thats why he only got up to 12th or whatever place he got. Webb doesnt have podium level speed right now. Yamaha should bump Plessinger up to the 450 outdoors, and put Webb on a 250 outdoors. That would be badass. I liked when 450 guys would drop down a class outdoors back in the day.

Amazing how all our minds can change in just 3 - 6 months. Last year at this time , Barcia was a guy on the fence who didn't deserve his factory ride and Cooper was one of the next dudes to light the world on fire.

Who knows......in one year from now , Both could be at the top of the game , or fighting to get into mains.

Weird how you can watch riders go up and down in their career. I've learned over the years with watching Reed......I don't ever count anyone out any more. You seriously never know.

Barcia's contract is only for 6 races. Let's wait 6 races and see what happens.

Totally agree. I'm not a Webb fan for the same reason lots of others aren't but it's only been 2 races. However, it's really been a full season AND 2 races. But still, I agree with you, it's too early to make decisions like that.

I'd have to disagree, especially if Tomac and/or Musquin come back. It's great to see Barcia on the podium and I think he will get more podiums this season, but I see Anderson and Roczen (and Musquin at A1) just getting around him a little too easily. Doesn't seem like he has much fight for those guys. Unless he can really battle with them and I don't see him having a shot at the title.

I thought Bam Bam did a pretty good job of hanging tight with Roczen for those 5 or so laps. Honestly I thought he was going to pass him back. I’m no team manager or scout, but it looks to me like Barcia is riding smart and letting the racing come to him. He seems to have the fitness, but honestly, how long has it been since he’s been a front runner. It looks as though he’s re learning to run and maintain the lead pace. I hope he keeps it up.
