Number one guy on top 450 team gets passed by an old arena cross guy and someone that couldn't get a 450 ride...? How much is he paying JGR?

Yeah I think he was asking himself the same thing after that 2nd main event. He needs to be better

I think it is a confidence thing 100%. A few years ago, he was beating Villo. Had a few tough years, confidence is shot, and he is struggling to get it back unfortunately.

He's been on the Zook for what, a few weeks?
He was NOT on one of his JGR Zooks.
He fulfilled a commitment he made back when he thought he'd still be on a YZF...so, that complicated his ability to line up a bike set-up like he has here...he was on a stocker with a few bolted on parts is what I've heard.

So he got beat, you dont need to make a bunch of excuses for him. The guys who beat him are not exactly slow.

I don't think he has the passion anymore after having a rough trot, I'm a big fan and I hope he gets it back!

I played minor league baseball and what people don't get is that pros aren't better than other people in a night and day difference. It's who they know and the opportunity they had.

Look at him after the finish in the 2nd race, apologizes to mookie then stays behind and acts schizofrenic.
Just wow

He won two races with Villo on track right?

Phoenix 13 and I want to say Seattle or Toronto in 14? Or maybe it was a podium?

Just looked up, both in 13. Villo got a shit start tho and tracked him down.

Still.

I don't think its fair to judge him yet.

But with that said those who thought the switch to the Suzuki would somehow magically make him a constant contender for SX podiums and maybe even wins will probably be disappointed.

The fact that instead of racing forward he tries to run it in on people like he was doing with Malcolm. Doing that kind of stuff just slows u down. He's a better 250 rider and that's it. No miracle explanations he simply suits 250's more. Just like some guys ride a 2 stroke better than a 4. Everyone has their preferred ride.

One month out from A1 and you are saying people expect miracles? Don't give me this "not his regular bike" stuff either. Everything JGR has done to that bike so far could be shipped and bolted on, so...
