If you’re 5’4” or shorter the Suzuki works great for you. Any bigger and you’re selling yourself short.

I may be a little shy of 5' 8" but at 66 years old I either stop next to a milk crate or roll it over a berm if I crash. Little too tall for my likings but the bike is a blast to ride.

Who is funding that team? What the hell is a "BarX"?

I know Chapparal is a sponsor, but I'm assuming with Twisted Tea getting the 250 effort next year, ain't got money/bikes to spare. Teams like this always confuse me from a funding perspective. What sponsors are contributing a million bucks to get this team on the road and paid every round? I know most industry sponsors are likely just providing parts with maybe a few bucks here and there, but that's not enough to fund Larry Brooks, and team all year.
Twisted Tea is doing a 250 effort?

Hopefully BarX stays on yellow. I want to see more yellow bikes on the track.

Yellow bikes have always been the best looking bikes since there were two yellow brands . They still catch my eye more than others to this day . 🤷🏻‍♂️

The aging punk rocker in me wants to go trade in my Huskies for Zooks. Just to be a contrarian. Plus the BarX and most of the time Twisted Tea teams have some of the best looking bikes in the pro pits.

But they do have a kickstarter…

I am damn glad to see that kickstart.... i only ride mx 8 months out of the year.. the last thing i wanna do is have to tend to a battery over the winter on my mx bike... i'm old... i'm slow.. but more so... i was a hardcore racer.. batteries, switches, and all that shit is stuff i used to tear OFF a bike...... all BS not needed to actually win...

Brian Medeiros just stuck a basically stock RMZ 250f in the main at Washougal as a Privateer.

More privateers should consider buying RMZs. You could get almost 2 bikes for every 1 Austrian bike. More bikes and parts for the same money plus fairly decent contingency.
