50 year anniversary of first SCORE run to La Paz. Bikes will get a bigger time gap than past races so the trucks may not catch most of the amateur bikes

They did the same night start in 2013. But the course was much shorter in 2013, so a lot of the bikes finished before the Trophy Trucks.
This year, I expect the Trophy Trucks to catch many of the sportsman and ironman bikes.

my good bro Espo is on the 45x team and looking good, hopefully they can pull out the W. i believe Espo gets on the bike in San Ignacio (45 miles from now).

edit... looks like the 1x tracker was maybe malfunctioning? it's up and going now, about 22 miles behind the 45x.

Last I saw was from the team on Facebook almost an hour ago at RM 605....physics order at 605 it was 45x, 1x, 44x, 3x, 33x...with big gaps between the bikes.

45x and 1x are about 5 miles apart at mile 850

i heard about an hour ago the 1X was docked 30 minutes.

i've heard a couple different stories about the penalty so i'm not about to say anything until it's official.
