50 year anniversary of first SCORE run to La Paz. Bikes will get a bigger time gap than past races so the trucks may not catch most of the amateur bikes

|

11/15/2017 5:06 PM

They did the same night start in 2013. But the course was much shorter in 2013, so a lot of the bikes finished before the Trophy Trucks.
This year, I expect the Trophy Trucks to catch many of the sportsman and ironman bikes.

Looks like 45x is way out front. Anyone know what's up with 1x? Is their tracker been weird?

my good bro Espo is on the 45x team and looking good, hopefully they can pull out the W. i believe Espo gets on the bike in San Ignacio (45 miles from now).

edit... looks like the 1x tracker was maybe malfunctioning? it's up and going now, about 22 miles behind the 45x.

trackers are taking a shit in Baja Sur for some reason, 45x tracker looks like it's good, 44x and 1x though? do you have any more info on what mile marker 33x is at?

it's 2017 ffs, you'd think they could figure this shit out

Last I saw was from the team on Facebook almost an hour ago at RM 605....physics order at 605 it was 45x, 1x, 44x, 3x, 33x...with big gaps between the bikes.

Any idea who's on the 1x at the moment? Sounds like they made up some serious time.

I've heard both hit and not hit. Hard to tell from either video. Sure looked close. I'm sure that podium box is slick with the ocean night air coming in

That's the digital track that the GPS data Sytems creates itself from data point to data point. Go look at everyone's Stella History and they'll all look that way.

I ripped a start from Egypt and I was happy about that.
